The Beauty of Nature-Infused Design With The Comfort of A Home-Like Space
With design-driven spaces and a uniquely plant-infused atmosphere, the Alpas Wellness rehab facility in VIrginia was created to enhance the experience of patients, families, and staff.
Far from a sterile institution, we’ve leveraged Biophilic design tenants and incorporated an abundance of plant life, greenery, and preserved natural elements. These principles are further promoted with the presence of aquatic friends in our two saltwater tanks in waiting areas and a freshwater tank in the dining area. By creating a deeper connection with nature, the success of the treatment experience is greatly enhanced.[1]
