Due to its tranquil environment, Alpas Wellness was a highly conducive environment for healing. The peaceful environment I was surrounded by made it possible to distance myself from the pressures of my addiction. For the duration of my experience at Alpas, I felt like each day was a new opportunity to hit the reset button and have an opportunity to breathe again. I’m so grateful for having had an opportunity to be given the space to start over.

I had not felt so relaxed for quite some time, and the environment Alpas Wellness provided gave me that chance. I am glad that I can get away from the hectic lifestyle that used to consume me. Being able to really focus on both mental and physical healing through this calm space was very valuable. Thank you for helping me to regain my footing.

I’m grateful for my experience at Alpas Wellness Virginia, which allowed me to examine my life and patterns. The therapists helped me to look at my behaviours through honest discussion and to understand why I am often stuck in the same patterns of behaviour. Reflection was not easy; however, it has assisted in my development in ways I can’t describe. I am now walking out with a clear mind and a renewed commitment to remain sober.

Words truly cannot define the level Of care I received at Alpas Nova. Abruptly coming from another rehab of 80+ people; I was initially perplexed by the intimate setting and small groups Alpas Nova provided. The level of detailed care, sharing + expression time, and overall therapeutic environment they provide is unmatched in my opinion. If you are out of detox and rct and looking for somewhere where you can further your journey surrounded by people that care, this is definitely your spot….
