Due to its tranquil environment, Alpas Wellness was a highly conducive environment for healing. The peaceful environment I was surrounded by made it possible to distance myself from the pressures of my addiction. For the duration of my experience at Alpas, I felt like each day was a new opportunity to hit the reset button and have an opportunity to breathe again. I’m so grateful for having had an opportunity to be given the space to start over.

I had not felt so relaxed for quite some time, and the environment Alpas Wellness provided gave me that chance. I am glad that I can get away from the hectic lifestyle that used to consume me. Abruptly coming from another rehab of 80+ people; I was initially perplexed by the intimate setting and small groups Alpas Nova provided.
